Do you offer Wholesale options?
Yes wholesale is available through us if you are looking at stocking or buying bulk.

Do the socks fit anyone?
Our socks are generally one size fits most, however if your buying for a child they most likely will not fit as we dint currently stock children's sizes.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on your location in New Zealand they will arrive between 1-3 working days. After purchase you will receive an update via email or text with the tracking details.
Returns Policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund if you change your mind about the purchase as per our refund policy.
If the product you have purchased is faulty or damaged we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.
If your order does not arrive on said delivery date via courier please let us know asap as we will have to contact the courier company first before any talk of a refund.
We take our customer service seriously and try to uphold the best services when it comes to issues.
If you have ordered and within 3 days there may have been a mistake with the order or incorrectly purchased a said amount we will be happy to look into this with you however we DO NOT offer returns for a change of mind basis.
Shipping?
All sock orders will be shipped out asap with tracking ID, you will be notified once your order has been fulfilled.
We try ship all orders out by 2pm daily except weekends.
We offer 1-3 day Track and Trace for a flat rate $5.50
Overnight delivery is an extra $6
A pair i like are out of stock when will they be back in?
We usually re-stock every fortnight however those times can differ by a few days, If you would like a pair and its not available yet please let us know and we can put you on an email list for updates to be notified when they are available.

Can i buy if not in New Zealand?
Yes you can however our shipping times take roughly 7 - 20 days due to how far away we are.
